What makes these Honeywell devices truly smart?

The latest devices, such as the Honeywell CT47 and the brand-new Honeywell CK67, run on the powerful Mobility Edge™ platform. The CK67 currently sets the benchmark for demanding warehouse environments. This platform is built to last for years and uses built-in intelligence to optimize your hardware’s performance.

1. Predictable Maintenance (Operational Intelligence)

Thanks to smart sensors in the devices, the hardware reports on battery status, scanning performance, and even drop history. This is known as predictive maintenance. Instead of waiting for a scanner to fail, you receive timely alerts, preventing unexpected process downtime.

2. The Power of the Honeywell CK67

As the latest flagship, the Honeywell CK67 takes productivity to the next level. The device is not only extremely robust but also ready for the most demanding AI-driven applications. With enhanced connectivity and faster scanning engines, the CK67 ensures your staff can work flawlessly even in the most challenging environments.

Frequently asked questions about Honeywell and smart logistics

Developments in the logistics sector are moving at lightning speed. We understand that you want to know what the latest innovations, such as the Honeywell CK67, mean for your specific processes and how to ensure operational continuity. Below, we’ve compiled the most frequently asked questions about Honeywell and the support provided by Reverse-IT.

1. Do I need special software for these features?
The intelligence is built into the hardware, but to manage it centrally, we use SOTI MobiControl. Reverse-IT sets this up entirely for you. This allows us to deploy updates remotely and maintain the security of your fleet without you having to worry about a thing.

2. Is the Honeywell CT47 suitable for my warehouse?
The CT47 is one of the most advanced devices currently available. It’s ideal for intensive use where speed, 5G connectivity, and extreme durability are top priorities. It’s built to withstand tough conditions while assisting your workflow.

3. What benefit does a Honeywell Platinum Partner offer?
As a Platinum Partner, Reverse-IT holds the highest level of expertise, the best purchasing conditions, and direct lines to the manufacturer. You benefit from this through faster deliveries, superior support, and in-depth technical knowledge.

4. How does the technology help reduce costs?
With predictive maintenance, you replace components (like batteries) only when necessary—but before they fail. This prevents downtime for employees. In addition, modern Honeywell hardware lasts longer thanks to guaranteed updates, reducing the frequency of new fleet investments.

5. Can I connect my current fleet to your MDM solutions?
In many cases, yes. We’ll review your current hardware together. If it’s compatible, we can roll out our management services immediately. If the hardware is outdated, we create a plan to transition to the latest Honeywell devices, such as the CK67.
