Supermarché MATCH, a multinational supermarket chain with over 220 stores in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg, has optimized its warehouse processes and supply chain to meet growing customer demands. By implementing the Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) methodology, MATCH maximizes every square meter of warehouse space, improving inventory management and order picking efficiency.

The VNA warehouse model places special emphasis on organizing the order picking process and redesigning picking locations to reduce travel distances. MATCH began researching a long-term solution to automate their manual inventory system and optimize workflow.
